why was I banned?

I tried logging in today, to find I was banned. Idk why b/c I dont 2 box, and I didn't exploit the item bug (as far as i know). I'd just like to know why, and would like to play again please.

I might have done it 1x w/o realizing, but I didn't do it over and over like an exploit. I posted in the petition section.
