You probably want 12-15 to kill him. Can definitely be done with less, but would be incredibly hard to single group (though that would be fun to try!)

Tank, 2 clerics, melee DPS, he is super easy.

This seems to have changed. If you heal someone who is on the DT list, it seems you get back on it even if you just camped. It could have been separate DT cycles, but so far it seems like it wasn't.
