Default Brittle Skeleton in Steamfont Dropped Diseased Bone Marrow

A Brittle Skeleton in Steamfont just dropped Diseased Bone Marrow, which is one of the items for the newbie quests that get added several years later. It should not be dropping at this point.

That marrow from the brittle skeletons is also used in the Bertox cleric symbol quest (which is classic era, yes?)

This quest cannot be completed at this time on the red server though, because another NPC needed for the turn in is no longer spawning.

Diseased bone marrow SHOULD be dropping. The quest came same time as all over "evil" clerics got their neck clickey.

They drop, its very very rare. Its been awhile since I did the Bertox quest, but I want to say it was like 1 in 9 kills I was maybe getting it. It took several hours to complete quest.
