All of that is as it should be. The dress is the rare drop (10%). The earing is the uncommmon reward. He isn't the only thing that spawns there and the spawn timer is less than 30 seconds.

should be three locations near the aquaducts entrance that leads to under the bridge near the NQ bank. it is where the "a gelotinus cube" and "a sewer rat" spawn all are place holdesrs for cubert.

Only known him to have one spawn location (the giant red splotch on the ground by the frogloks) I believe is at location 10. I killed about 10 PH last night and got mostly sewer rats and a couple cubes, but no Cubert.

I can confirm that he is working.
I have killed him 8 times, and gotten 2 dresses and turned in for 2 earrings as of this past Sunday and Monday. About 4 hours for a dress Sunday, and Monday was less than 2 hours. I was at location 10 on the map, and at the time there was a dead monk's corpse next to the spawn point. Keep at it, it is possible! | ||

Oh I know its possable I have killed about 10 cuberts, only have gotten the one dress out of thoes 10 kills and thank goodness I got the earring the first turn in.
