I have hear-say identifying an effort to ensure epic loot/mobs are not implemented when Kunark drops. That being said, I would then assume if it drops March 25th, we should see epics opened September 1stish per Classic timeline.

Epics are easy mode. Don't stress about them.

Azeth Is right dev's try to follow the classic timeline so that's a good guess when you'll see them.
