for mage there is a double hut right behind a double hut. it looks like 4 in a row...but you have to access the back double by going behind the first double. mage spell vendor is a female gnome...name might be Braken...not sure
these buildings are to YOUR left of the big building with the ramp toward the sea(the place where the cleric spells are sold)
